We are a small, but dynamic parish located in the Lake of the Ozarks region of Mid-Missouri.  Our mission is to grow everyday in the truth and love of the Lord Jesus Christ through worship, healing, care, outreach and evangelism.

Church Retreat

On Saturday, February 25, Mother Virginia Brown will lead a retreat in the undercroft from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Stations of the Cross

Our traditional Lenten Stations of the Cross will begin Wednesday, February 29 at 6:00 p.m., followed immediately by meatless soup suppers.  There will be a signup sheet (for those who want to provide soup) available on the counter in the back of church on Sunday, February 26.  The Stations recall the journey that Jesus made on his way to Golgotha, where he was crucified.

Servant's Heart Award Winners Announced

Helen Branyan and Elaine Wilson were awarded the Dannan-Perry Servant's Heart Award.  This award is given to individuals who exemplify the life of Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ in all their actions.  Congratulations!

Vestry and Convention Delegates Selected

At the Annual Meeting Father Henderson recognized outgoing Vestry members:  Mike McDonnell - Senior Warden, Don Shay - Junior Warden and Sue Barfield - Clerk.  The congregation then elected four new members to serve a term of three yerars:  John Wilson (who will serve as Senior Warden), Chad Marsh (who will serve as Junior Warden), Susie Fuhrer (who will serve as Treasurer) and Maureen McDonnell.

Delegates to the Diocesan Convention will be Sue Barfield and Maureen McDonnell.

Bishop to Visit St. George

Mark your calendars!  Bishop Field's first visit to St. George is scheduled for February 5.  He will participate in a radio interview with Garry Kemp on Friday, February 3 and visit with various parish groups during the weekend.
