Elizabeth Heser and Mike McDonnell were named recipients of the second annual Servant's Heart Award at the annual meeting.  The selection committee considered how they met the criteria of involvement at both St. George and the diocese or community.   

The award is not to hold one individual above another, since serving others is a humble ministry.  Rather, it is to acknowledge the care, love and appreciation we have as a community in Christ for those who witness their faith in jesus and the care they have for their neighbors through their labors.
